Sinners' Lair

A horror game developed using the unreal engine.

Sinners’ Lair is a game about surviving an epidemic of skinwalkers.


The player has to interrogate people through their door to separate humans from non-humans pretending to be of our kind.


The challenge lies in the need for the player to manually type out their answers quickly enough to gather as much information as possible from interrogation suspects.

I used the Unreal Engine for developing “Sinners’ Lair”.


In retrospect, most other engines would’ve been a good fit as well. Since this started out as a university submission which lead to me developing the idea further, I was bound to course restrictions which made us use UE 5.4.4.


All sound effects and music were either created or altered by me, using Audacity, to fit the games’ theme.


3D assets are mostly from itch.io or self made / altered as well.
